John 14: 2 Jesus said:
“When everything is ready, I will come and get you, so that you will always be with me where I am”.
Sometimes we have to be reminded, that our hope is not in this life. We have to be careful to not get so caught up in the cares and struggles of this world. No, everything is not perfect here and yes, there are some things I wish I could change. I even see situations, that in my mind, I just don’t understand. However, when I read this scripture, I remembered…Jesus hasn’t come to get us yet.
I can’t explain all the things that has happened here on earth, but I can promise you this, when Jesus is through preparing everything, He will come and get us and nothing you deal with here will ever be remembered there. Let that be your hope and strength today. I don’t know the exact day and I don’t know the hour, but I do know this, Jesus will come and get us…WHEN EVERYTHING IS READY!!!
