“TAKE CONTROL OF YOUR WEEK”

It’s Monday so start this week with a renewed confidence and determination. Even if you’re still facing some difficult situations, make up in your mind that you are not going to let those challenges distract from having a productive week. Look at each day of the week and plan what you would like to accomplish. Don’t try and put too much on your schedule because you don’t want to feel overwhelmed by the middle of the week.

Make sure and block out some time for you. Shut off your devices for a few hours and do something maybe you haven’t done in a long time that you enjoy. Your body and brain need a break, and they will both thank you for it. Pray every morning for God to help you achieve what you’ve written down, then remind yourself daily what you believe is going to get done.

Let me encourage you to take control of your weak. Don’t let fear, stress, worry, anxiety, insecurity, or even the unknown have it. This is your week…take control of it.
