Blessed are the ones who know when it’s time to move on. No, that’s not written anywhere in the Bible, but I’ve learned that it is a true word. Sometimes you just have to know when enough is enough and you make a move.
Stop trying to get approval from people who refuse to acknowledge the blessings of God on your life. You need to distance yourself from whatever could distract you, even if it’s a family member or someone you thought you were close to.
Moving away from those relationships doesn’t mean you don’t love them. You can leave and still love. In fact, some people will love you, but never support you. Let that be there problem and not yours.
Put your efforts and energy into what you know you’re suppose to do, because sometimes you can’t move up until you move on.

It’s as true today as it was in Abram’s day. He had to get away to get to his promise.
