My blog today is about two special people in my life. My oldest daughter Brittany, and my son-in-law Jason. Today is their wedding anniversary, and I want to wish them both a Happy Anniversary. Not only are they celebrating their lives together, but they are also expecting their first child, which means, in a few weeks we will enter the world of grand-parenting.
My wife and I are so blessed to have Brittany and Jason by our side in life, and in ministry. When my father passed away a year ago, I began pastoring his church and mine. I could have never been able to do that without these two taking on the extra weight of leadership in our church. They both have wisdom beyond their years, and in a time when so many young people in their twenties are trying to figure out their identity, Brittany and Jason know what they believe and truly know who they are in the Lord.
I could go on and on about my kids, but I’ll stop there and just say, Brittany and Jason Potter are a blessing to their family, friends, and the Kingdom of God. What an honor it is for me to be their leader and father.
I love you both very much, and I hope you have a wonderful Anniversary!!!
